Strictly benchmarked against the hazardous-chemical major-hazard-source hidden-hazard investigation standards, the inspection comprehensively examined the effectiveness of the enterprise's major-hazard-source safety management through a combination of listening to briefings, reviewing documentation, and on-site verification. At the meeting, the person in charge of Anhui Biocompounds Chemicals Co., Ltd safety management gave a detailed report on the basic status of the enterprise's major hazard sources, the progress of self-inspection and self-correction, and the implementation of hazard rectification, and submitted complete self-inspection materials.

The inspection-team experts went through the ledger materials item by item on key items such as the implementation of major-hazard-source safety-management responsibilities and special-operations management, carefully verifying the completeness and standardization of the original records. At the same time, they went deep into key areas such as the major-hazard-source tank farm and the production-unit area for on-site verification, carefully checking the operation of storage-tank level, temperature, and pressure monitoring/alarm devices; the engagement of emergency shut-off valves and safety interlocks; the integrity of the combustible/toxic-gas detection and alarm system; the provision and maintenance of fire-fighting facilities and emergency equipment; and the setting of on-site safety warning signs and safety information cards. The inspection team affirmed Xinbeika's major-hazard-source safety management, considering that the enterprise has implemented its primary responsibilities well, carried out solid self-inspection, kept basically complete ledger materials, and maintained generally standardized on-site safety management. At the same time, it put forward rectification and optimization suggestions for the detailed problems and weak links found during the inspection.
