On the morning of August 13, a joint inspection team from the Chizhou City and Dongzhi County health authorities came to Anhui Biocompounds Chemicals Co., Ltd to carry out the 2026 occupational-health "dual-random" supervision inspection, simultaneously completing on-site sampling and testing of occupational-hazard factors in the production workshops.

Based on regulations such as the Occupational Disease Prevention Law and the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Occupational-Health Surveillance of Employing Units, the inspection adopted a combination of document review, on-site verification, and on-site testing to comprehensively check the implementation of the primary responsibility for occupational-disease prevention. The inspection team systematically reviewed the enterprise's full set of occupational-health management internal records, carefully checked the implementation of employee health surveillance and closed-loop hazard management, and gave on-site guidance on shortcomings in archive management. At the same time, the team went deep into key operation areas of the production workshops to conduct on-site sampling and testing of occupational-hazard factors, and comprehensively screened the on-site protective facilities, warning signs, personal protective equipment wearing, emergency-equipment configuration, and employees' daily protection implementation. After the inspection, the team gave on-site feedback on the overall situation, affirmed Xinbeika's occupational-health management results, and at the same time pointed out existing weak links and clarified rectification requirements and time limits. The team emphasized that the chemical industry carries higher occupational-hazard risks, and that enterprises must continuously strengthen source control, standardize whole-process occupational-health management, and earnestly build a solid occupational-health safety line of defense for employees.
