In July, Anhui Biocompounds Chemicals Co., Ltd organized special enhancement training on summer high-temperature protection and the fire-safety "Four Capabilities," comprehensively raising all staff's abilities to inspect and eliminate fire hazards, fight initial fires, organize evacuation and escape, and conduct fire-safety education—building a solid barrier for safe summer production.

The training closely followed the high-risk characteristics of hazardous-chemical enterprises in summer heat and was systematically rolled out around the requirements of building the "Four Capabilities." Regarding the ability to inspect and eliminate fire hazards, it focused on key points for identifying fire hazards in key areas such as hazardous-chemical tank farms, production workshops, and warehouses during high-temperature periods, and—targeting prominent risks under hot weather such as accelerated material volatilization, equipment over-temperature/over-pressure, and aging electrical circuits—clarified the focus of daily patrols and methods for hazard identification. The initial-fire-fighting training emphasized hands-on practice, systematically explaining the correct use of extinguishers, hydrants, and positive-pressure air respirators, and organizing on-site extinguisher drills and air-respirator donning training for employees. The evacuation-and-escape training, combined with the characteristics of chemical enterprises such as toxic/harmful media leaks and rapid smoke spread, explained self-rescue escape skills, evacuation-guidance methods, and key points for using gas masks, emphasizing the "protect first, then evacuate" principle. It clarified fire-safety duties for each post, required team leaders and key employees to play a "pass-on, help, and guide" role, integrate fire-safety knowledge into daily work and bring it to the teams, and foster an atmosphere in which "everyone talks about safety and everyone knows how to respond to emergencies."

Going forward, Anhui Biocompounds Chemicals Co., Ltd will continue to run high-temperature-protection special sessions, explaining heat-stroke prevention and cooling measures for summer high-temperature operations, hazardous-chemical high-temperature storage control requirements, and heat-stroke emergency handling, achieving a dual improvement in fire safety and high-temperature protection.
