Anhui Bocompounds Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd recently concluded its first Quality Month activity. The two-month event, themed "Never Let Problems Go Unresolved," encompassed a variety of activities including publicity and mobilization, training, essay writing, knowledge competitions, and document inspection, creating a company-wide surge of enthusiasm for "emphasizing quality, learning about quality, and upholding quality," effectively strengthening the quality awareness and sense of responsibility of all employees.

At the outset, Anhui Bocompounds Pharmaceutical held a mobilization meeting around the Quality Month theme and comprehensively fostered an atmosphere of "everyone caring about quality, valuing quality, and participating in quality management" through WeChat group promotion and customized quality slogans throughout the factory. During the training phase, various departments conducted specialized training on internal GMP document study check-ins, deviation case analysis, and official inspection issues. Learning groups were formed by QA, QC, workshop, and engineering departments, focusing on core content such as job documents, equipment SOPs, job responsibilities, and laws and regulations. Through at least two weekly morning meetings and short video check-ins over a month, quality knowledge was effectively internalized.

To assess learning outcomes and stimulate participation, Jianfeng North Carolina simultaneously conducted an essay contest on "My Job and My Quality Responsibility" and a cross-departmental knowledge competition. Employees shared their insights on quality in their essays, drawing on their practical experience. The knowledge competition was conducted in teams, with eight teams taking a closed-book exam covering legal regulations and internal company documents. In addition, a "Spot the Difference" activity encouraged all employees to randomly check documents and records for errors and inconsistencies. Each adopted suggestion received a small reward, and numerous optimization suggestions were collected, which have been revised and updated by relevant departments.

Anhui Bocompounds Pharmaceutical also developed specific rectification plans for the issues identified during this Quality Month, publicly recognizing and awarding bonuses to outstanding employees. This Quality Month activity not only effectively improved employees' quality awareness and practical skills but also strengthened the company's quality control system, building a solid safety barrier for product quality.
