On September 19th, the Quality Department of Anhui Biocompounds Chemicals Co., Ltd organized a specialized training session for all middle-level managers on pesticide laws and regulations and relevant customs laws and regulations. The aim was to improve the company's compliance management level and strengthen its risk control system.

Currently, global pesticide management regulations are becoming increasingly stringent, and customs supervision policies are constantly being updated. Negligence in any (link/step) can bring legal, financial, and reputational risks to the company. Anhui Biocompounds conducted this training session based on its core business, combined with the latest national policies and regulations and industry trends. The training systematically reviewed the regulatory requirements across the entire chain, from product registration, production licenses, quality standards, labeling, to sales, use, and waste recycling. It emphasized the continuity and closed-loop management of compliance, as well as the importance of "compliance at the source," pointing out that the authenticity and completeness of product registration information is the foundation for the legality of all subsequent production and business activities. The training also focused on interpreting customs regulations regarding the classification, commodity inspection, and import/export inspection of pesticides and other hazardous chemicals.

The entire training emphasized the combination of theory and practice, guiding thinking through discussion and explanation, creating a strong learning atmosphere. Participants generally felt that the training content was "relevant" and "useful," providing a comprehensive overview of the laws and regulations at each stage and offering guidance for their practical work.
